I need a tool to build a room inside a roof. For that of course, ladders and stairs could need a rework

Yes more build tools to allow for building attics, skylight windows, and functional roof decor, and new roof types. Also roof rafters for attics and vents and crawl spaces. Pets with curious and obsessive traits can "investigate" vents and crawl spaces and maybe get stuck.
