Attic tool
I need a tool to build a room inside a roof. For that of course, ladders and stairs could need a rework

And attics are not just for storage either!
In some countries, the attics are frequently used as a part of the living space, and it bugs me to heck that we can't do that in-game. For example, where I'm from: It's not uncommon to see houses that have two above-ground floors - one of which is the attic. The attic windows are not just for show!
An additional suggestion I have is that we also need a way to raise the roof a tiny bit to make space for at least a bed or dresser to fit in along the edges of the attic floor. Like half walls, but for the exterior directly below the roof. Please?
Ideally it would also be fully playable in there, but they're probably too afraid of our sims clipping into the roof. And animating it to account for all the possible roof angles probably seems like too much.
