Base game update ideas

Would love a Sims 4 update where the world is more open like the Sims3, also, sims 3 destinations is one of the most thought out packs ever. Would love to have something similar in sims 4, jungle adventures was not it! The expansion packs in sims 3 gave us much more game play than we do get today, Would much rater have bought one supernatural expansion pack rater than having 3-4 different gamepacks, it just not the same experiences. Most of all just miss the old sims 3 game play, where we had thieves, and teenagers got sent home by cops and you actually would se the cops and firefighters, so much more realistic!

Like what if sims with storys already would have relations and emotions after the thought out story? That would have been amazing too.
With the risk of sounding like the worst simer ever, who hate my sims, but i want it to be more realistic, i want to have some one who is poor, and is stressed about money, i want a thug to be a thug, and have a gang, i want a drunkie sim who is addicted to alcohol and actually is craving alcohol.

I want to be able to have good and bad neighboorhoods, and honestly an open world (not online) but where i can walk through the town and all areas are playable, more buildeble lots, and more generel lots, like library, teater, work sights, e.t.c
