Basic Build Items and Tools we could really use

Sub-categories for lots, I don't know... There are too few lots for these. If we ever get an ability to have multiple lot types on one lot, maybe.

Even then, I'd just like the non-subcategory lot type too. Otherwise, I fear that with some lot types (especially on retail lots, as new DLC keeps on coming) is just going to restrict creativity...

But yeah, wall measurements and floor measurements being shown when placing it would be awesome to have (like we had in The Sims 2 and 3).
