The exterior design of Modern Oasis is very nice! :) It looks very nice how you have placed the shelving on the exterior! The type of and placement of the windows in the build looks nice, and creates a very nice light filled home. Very nice front pool patio! Sims will have fun swimming in the pool or enjoy sitting relaxing poolside on the chairs, enjoying the outdoors air. It looks very nice how you have placed the cactus plants on the edges of the house there. The front steps entrance to the home is great! The trees, plants and flowers features in the front area of the home look very nice! Very nice upper balcony! Sims will enjoy sitting around the fire telling stories and toasting food, or enjoy sitting at the umbrella covered table having a chat and enjoying the outdoors views, Very nice furnishing and layout of the interior of the home! The black, white and blue colour scheme of the open plan living, kitchen and dining rooms looks nice. Nice tv watching and fireplace area. It looks nice how you have placed the black sofas there. Sims will enjoy sitting there watching tv and chatting. The blue floor rug looks nice with the black of the sofas, and the plants either sides of the fireplace are nice touches of green for the sims to enjoy seeing. The vehicles looks great on the fireplace ledge. The way you have placed the white candles either sides of the black tissuebox on the coffee table looks nice. Nice window sitting area. Sims will enjoy chatting there with the sunshine coming in through the windows. Very nice design of the kitchen! The bar stool counter is great! The blue colour of the stools and the dining seats looks very nice with the black colour of the kitchen counters and cabinet. Very nice dining area. Sims will enjoy nice sunshine and great views of the outdoors through the windows whilst dining there. The fruit bowl and condiments are nice kitchen touches on the counters. It looks nice how you have placed the cabinets around and above the kitchen windows. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! The pictures look nice that you have placed them on the bedhead wall in one of the double bedrooms,and the pink blossoms on the bedside table look nice with the bed pattern. The blossoms and the watering can flowers on the dresser are nice for simd to see when laying in bed. The blue and grey colour scheme of the other double bedroom is calmong and restful. Nice study desk nook there for sims to enjoy sitting at the desk table using the computer or having a read. The butterflies picture abd the tissue box on the dresser are nice home touches there. Very nice layout and furnishing of the kids room! It looks great how you have created art and science table nooks in the room. The children will have fun doing art work and science experiments in their room. The dragon is cute there! The lemon and brown colour scheme of the other double bedroom looks calming and nice. The sims will enjoy sitting on the chairs there looking out through their bedroom windows at views of the pool patio. It looks nice how you have placed book shelves on the wall either sides of the bed. Sims will enjoy reading whilst laying in bed. Very nice family room and library. The sims famiky will enjoy coming together to sit on the sofas and watch tv together, or have a read whilst sitting warming up near the fire. It looks nice how you have placed the white lamps either sides of the fireplace. Very nice window sofa seating in the green and briwn coloured bedroom. The plants on the table and in the corner look nice with the natural feel of the room. The wooden texture of the bedroom walls is very nice. Very nice outdoors bar counter patio! Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar, or enjoy sitting on the chairs near the patio edge and look out at the views. It looks nice how you have brought the black, white and blue colour scheme to the outdoors furnishings too.
