Between2Worlds [Story] 06/04

So, has Athena officially gone brunette? And does she live with Trevor? Will she and Curtis get back together somehow? Anyways, I'm still rooting for a possible romance between Isaias and Eva. The ending feels suspenseful, like something's gonna happen.

I completely forgot to mention how caring Grey Rock is being to Eva once again <3 making her fall asleep is so much kinder than just having her hurt less, especially in the state that she was in. And then Eva waking up quietly instead of in a panic and calmly listening (even if she was a bit groggy which I can understand). I wonder if that was her, or the rose, or both. Curtis mentioning that they'd take her to a doctor washes away the bitter taste of the last few chapters... a little bit. At least we know that the White Wraiths don't harm non-magical civilians. Sort of. Isaias is a different story, though. I wonder what's going to happen to him. :persevere:

Athena's looks are transformed by magic but if she removes it, she'll return to her former red hair. Hmm.. Batty lives with Trevor. Athena's living space is not known. I like ships, even if this point of the story it doesn't sound very plausible. :)

Aw. There is care and hope even when it looks like there are none. ? Both I reckon. Even if Eva is no longer in contact with the rose, there would be emotional residue. Oh dear Isa and Eva waddling in hot water still. I wonder which is a better situation to be in. Caught by WWs or shady ppl. ?

So what's gonna happen to Athena now that her magic is discovered? With each chapter with Curtis in it, he sounds harsher. And that's due to his gangster mindset.

It seems that we have another cliffhanger. The beginning sort of made me think we would have a break from the gloomier chapters, but it ended with the usual story tension. So, what's gonna happen to Athena? What does it mean when her eyes were glowing?

I think this chapter replaced Curtis and Athena's promenade date as my favourite chapter ever. Your idea of soulweavers and bringing peace in death is absolutely lovely. <3
