Body Hair and Waxing

The tittle says it all. How difficult would it be to add body hair on TS4? Various individuals have made great CC content about it. But it would be great to add an official one for those who do not...

I would love the return of body hair in TS4! I have to wonder, will it work genetically like in TS4? Either way, Body Hair is welcome.:)
