Yeah I would go for it if the Italian based world (Preferably Tuscany area) was in it. A nice 1 Neighborhood, a 64x64 lot presiding on top of those rolling hills, 3-4 other lots surrounding it. it would be perfect.
I want mass harvesting and production to be worth it tho.
Like the Wine & Beer should require a stack of 50+ Grapes, from sim's inventory, to produce x1 Barrel of Wine and 50+ Grain to produce x1 Barrel of Beer
You could use other Fruit, and Additives to make different flavors
Barrels containing Wine/Beer can be:
Named
Tapped
Bottled
Stored
Sold
I just want to have awesome wine cellars and have my sims call their friends over and host tastings.

Also I think it would be really cool in build/buy mode if there could be a Keg/Barrel, secret passage, door type that matched the other barrels.
