i miss burglars in the sims, it could be done with an upgrade to GTW expansion, use the officer career and make the criminal, some sort an active career, so you can play/be part of the criminal, unlock different scenarios as you progress, have teens do pranks/mischief etc with the risk of getting caught like in the sims 3, if players dont have GTW, make them an npc and have an opition/alarm or lot trait so players can choose to have them in game or not
