They need at least 1 room to be a nursery, the other can be a spare room, an office, or a studio that's your choice!
They require a Spanish style theme in their decorating and their home building style.
You are free to leave the garage off, keep it on, or change it into something else.
They love the desert atmosphere and the stucco/adobe style building that the Spanish style brings. They would love to see this theme throughout.
