Build Help Modern Haunted House?

Hi! I have been away for some time but still simming. I want a modern haunted house for one of my saves. I want to move my clueless novice actress into it. So the style should be dark and spooky but modern rather than victorian or super gothic. Is this possible? Can someone help me? I am a terrible builder so advice, tutorials, or trading content would be welcome!

    This might not be what you had in mind, but as an easy fix, would you consider using someone else's build from the Sims 4 Gallery?

    If so you can find them all here.

    These are also available on consoles using the "View Gallery" option available on the "Manage Worlds" screen.

    If you go down that route, I'd recommend picking the lot you want to use in your world first then refining your search based on lot size so it fits perfectly :)
