That's fine, but then how about giving us an external tool for creating our own CC so I can easily recolor a wall on my own, or create a new wallpaper, or add a different texture to furniture, etc.? If we can't have CASt in-game, then let us have something similar outside the game where we can choose colors (with hex codes, eyedropper, etc.) and also import patterns (floral chintz, gingham, for example). I would pay for a tool like this, made by Maxis, that lets me EASILY recolor and retexture build mode items like walls, floors, furniture, curtains, etc.
