to get garage to ground level you should have house without foundation and then have the house part and possible deck raised with platform

then again platforms don't show on exterior walls so if you want it to look like foundation would probably need half tiled wallpaper or something

you also might have strange wallpapers inside because platform goes over them

and might need to raise wall height if you have wall height 1 house
