@Nore Ah all I mean by family Oriented is so that it accommodates like, 2 sims + kids, maybe one child/teen and a toddler. Not a particular style - though I want to make another family for Oasis Springs, so a home that would fit in with the scenery would be amazing. (I adore toddlers too <3 )
I mean a starter usually needs to cost 18-22k depending on the location/size of the family but obviously if it was too hard a budget I could make 28-30k max work if needed, and they'll just have to shift their weight a lil!
The lot size would be a smaller one for a starter, so one of free places in OS like 20 x 30, I think!
