Building Requests Thread

A while back @rosemow suggesting starting a requests thread after I enjoyed very much taking on a request from @Amiutza. It allowed me to try a build I might never have otherwise. And as I'm certain most builders are aware of, it is always a nice feeling to build houses, etc. for others :)

So I figured it might be cool to have a thread where people could make requests and various builders could fulfil them (sorry if something like this already exists, I tried searching but could not see any).

Anyway, that's all :) Enjoy!

I'd love if someone could renovate Windenburg into a spellcaster houses and venues (or all supernatural in general).

I probably don't have the stamina to do ALL of Windenburg, but if there's a specific home/community lot you'd like I can give it a shot. :)

Bouncing off of this, how would you (Hella_Snowy) feel about giving Windenburg a vampire neighborhood, a spellcaster neighborhood, etc, and then people could jump on their favorite supernatural type?
