Buy and Run a Gym

While I was out walking this afternoon, I was thinking if we can buy and run restaurants and clothing shops, why not a gym? Anyone who buys a gym can manage memberships, hire trainers and hold spec...

It's possible to set up a gym like you describe without the need to own it, except maybe for the aerobic classes though it might be possible to set up using the club system.
