Camera Speed in TAB mode?

I'm not 100% sure this is the right place for this but I didn't feel it fit into bugs & technical issues either? I'm working on a Sims 4 Machinima but I'm having trouble with slowing down the speed...

DefaultInterpolatorTime is definetelly it.
There are two same files, each in a different folder.
Maybe you've changed the wrong one.
Try the other.
