Can we get a World Creator Tool Please
My favorite thing to do in Sims 3 was create worlds. I wish so much that we could get a world creator tool for Sims 4. Pleeeeeeease

I want this so badly, mostly to edit worlds to fit the time period I want to live in. I've been trying to do the Decades challenge and it's awkward having an 1890s household in a world with 21st century innovations anywhere...I keep worrying my Sims are going to find out the truth...
