Can we get a World Creator Tool Please

We'll never get CAW in Sims 4. Not because its impossible, but because the CAW lovers are the most shy and least loud minority in the sim community. Like... People complain so loudly about naming cowplants, babies, cars, etc... But if a dev comes out and says they can't do CAW, y'all believe them. Its not true, they CAN do ANYTHING in this game. They don't want to. They won't say that because it would just cause a commotion. The devs problem is the lack of funding by the higher ups on EA, which take The Sims for granted. They use all the money they get from us, but don't invest it to improve the game.
If EA gave them the proper budget, we would've already gotten cars, better babies, CAW, the skintone patch would've happened a long time ago, and all the bug and glitches would've been fixed.
