It was sad that Joey was upset about a part of their family leaving them for a while 😞Erik was kind and caring to seek to comfort him and explain the background to why she was going so as he could better understand. Her training sounds quite worrying 😞I hope that everything turns out okay for her and her future.
Thank you. She's already had the training. They took her to the Vulcan Temple when she was five for it and kept her for seven years. When she turned thirteen, they returned her to her family with the admonition she had to take the k'Matra test when she reached age seventeen. When they had to leave Vulcan (where this story begins) Joseph promised to bring her back for the test.
The worry is, she may Wander into somebody's head, which is a major league no-no.
