Congratulations to Erik on winning the award! 🙂 It was great that in his speech he said that one of the songs on the album caused him to get into trouble due to him singing it too early in the morning one day, and waking people up! It was very beautiful and caring the conversation that he had with the little girl ❤️It is a sad time for her, and his talk with her would have provided a little bit of happiness in the midst of her deep sadness.
Thank you. I remember when I lost my dad. I was a grown woman. It doesn't matter what age we are when it happens. He was my first parent I lost. I was Daddy's Girl, too. I wish somebody had said similar words to me at the time. Yes, Erik paid the price for experimenting out on the balcony in the wee hours . . . He does suspect his younger brother, Joey, is the one who turned him in . . .
