My idea is more for occasional festivals, but I think it would be cool to have your idea as a destination world. Maybe if they add a theme park as a vacation world, there could be a district for a more low-key gothic carnival by the sea for those simmers who aren't into the cheesiness of a super cheerful and cartoonish amusement park (like a Disney World). Basically having the best of both worlds :smile:
But if they don't do a destination world for theme parks, some of the themes mentioned in your thread could go well with the fall/spooky carnival idea, especially near the Brindleton Bay beaches or by the Bluffs. :blush:
