Carnival/Festival Grounds for Sims 4

I would love this, a festival game pack. It would come with a small world just for the festivals with a few other lots (not a destination world). They would have to make the festivals work if you don't have seasons or do have seasons though. If you have seasons the festivals will follow the seasons and if you don't have seasons they will work like the city festivals. The festivals would be carnival like with carnival type games like Sims 3 festival and the Sims 1 makin' magic and sims 1 vacation.
