Cars, garages, helicopters and walk-out basements!
Back in the Sims 2 days, I could make my own split-level home with boolprop constrainFloorElevation true/false, and the home would also have a walk-out basement and a base-game compatible half-wall (with the constrainFloorElevation cheat). The house was a replica of my real-life house that I used to live in. Then, I got the Best of Business collection, and could download/use the cars and garage from MaxoidMonkey on the Exchange, and when I got the Ultimate Collection in 2014, I finally got the whole set of cars and garages and helicopters (because of NightLife and ApartmentLife).
Now with the Sims 4, I can make a replica of my real-life house, but I have to make a fake garage. That reminds me of the time when I just played The Sims 2 base game and made a replica of my real-life house with a fake garage; it also reminds of that FreeTime EP promotional video in which Maxis would use a fake garage right next to a FreeTime car.
The Sims 4 basement tool seems to work differently than Sims 3 and Sims 2. Actually, it is very reminiscent of Sims 3 tomb-like basements, but not like the Sims 2 basements.
Having the option to make walk-out basements would be a plus, IMO.
