Mickey Blake grew up idolizing his powerful father, and now, he is anxious to prove his worth to take the Outfit to even greater heights. He takes his family and the Outfit to new territory in Brindleton Bay, to build on the empire his father began. However, the sins of the father will now come back to haunt the son, as old enemies seek revenge for past transgressions, family will turn on family, and Mickey will face the fight of his life. The big question Mickey will ultimately have to ask himself is, who can he really trust?
