In the real world I buy most of my clothing second-hand as I love vintage clothing from the 1960s/1970s, I know this isn't unique, a lot of people do whether they love vintage or just love the planet ...

There are some vintage looking clothes and furniture items in the game that you could set up a vintage shop with. There is even the option to salvage and restore discarded furniture and appliances from the dumpster.
