Nothing that fits with the 1960s or 1970s, Sims 3 had a stuff pack for 70s/80s/90s stuff which was ace. None of the clothes really cover any particular trends of past decades apart some items that would fit with the 1950s.
I can't say I've looked specifically for vintage clothing but there's enough to make a store, if you look through all the swatches. I imagine there will be a lot of different stuff not related to one particular time period in a thrift store.
