i really like this, and I also kind of wish teens with the babysitter career actually showed up as babysitters, lol. Maybe there could be options based on cost? Like, we'd still have the NPC nanny we have now, but you could hire a teenager for cheap, or ask someone you know, like the grandparents, for free maybe? Something like that? But, maybe if your relationship is too low, or they're at work themselves they won't be an option.
