Number of bedrooms (No more than 8): as many as possible for adults. toddlers, kids and teens, a butler plus a basement with vampire beds and entertainment vampire party area.
Specific instructions on decorating the bedrooms (gender, age, etc.)? a mix of vampire/witch themes throughout the lot including adult/toddler/child/teen bedrooms, kitchen lounges or any room being decorated.
Number of bathrooms: as many as able to fit.
Favorite color schemes: windenburg look with a mix of dark brown exteriors and some witch (glimmerbrook) dark/cream/purple interior (if that makes sense-)
Colors you dislike: really bright colors would not work with this lot in this world.

Special requirements (garden, pool, hot tub, etc.)? I would like this home to be perfect for a vampire and witch couple with witch objects especially the cauldron and wands. I would like a decent garden area so my witch sim can grow everything preferably an indoor area where plants can be grown year round. I would also like the lot to be kid friendly and I have always wanted a toddler/child specific room where all the toys and skill objects can be utilized if possible instead of trying to stuff bedrooms full of toy objects. A male/female child/teen room would also be nice for kids growing up and I would like a party vampire/witch area with a bar, pool and hot tub. A library/pc area and another separate musical area would also be nice.
Is communication required before the builder begins work? yes please just to double check ideas

I would just love a massive house with multi function ability to be able to play a growing vampire/witch family with plenty to do on the home lot as well as outdoors with a garden area with pool/bar area plus a kids playground area.
