King Authors is lovely and going straight into a 40x30 lot that I have never quite managed to find the right house for in BB. Well until now-) The kids room is adorable. In fact I like all your dedicated themed spaces such as the Teen room, art rooms and Library which have all been thought out really nicely. The porch and garden areas are great for drinking coffee outdoors while the kids play. I am sure my favorite family in BB will love it :) <3
