Which EPs,SPs, and Kits do you have? all EXCEPT starwars and a few kits are missing - courtyard oasis, industrial loft, and most of the clothes kits are ones I do not have.
Lot size (dimensions): 50x40
Lot traits: homey, good soil, chef's kitchen
Number of bedrooms (No more than 8): 6 please - to clarify I don't want a super huge house, but I would like one that is comfortable enough to fit two generations at once as I intend to use this for a legacy playthrough.
Specific instructions on decorating the bedrooms (gender, age, etc.): Please make the bedrooms gender neutral as far as colors and decor go as I plan to use it for a legacy playthrough. I would like at least one toddler/nursery room and a shabby bedroom for a butler somewhere in the house. One master bedroom with a bath attached, but please have the rest be a mix of single and double beds and please have most of the bedrooms come with a desk and computer.

Favorite color schemes: jewel tones and muted colors like blues, greens, yellows and cream along with rich browns (see link below).
Colors you dislike: pink, orange, red, neon and bright colors
Do you want it furnished and decorated? yes please, some clutter ok but please limit it.

Special requirements (garden, pool, hot tub, etc.)? A medium size pool with a fully equipped outdoor cooking and eating area with a flowered pergola nearby. An enclosed animal shed and chicken coop, and a medium size garden as well please. These sims are the creative type so I would like some type of garage with a woodworking bench, easel, candle maker and fabricator attached to the main house if possible. Grandma is a master baker and likes canning so a nice sized pantry and a well equipped kitchen would be nice. Last, I know we don't really have nectar making but a wine cellar and bar in the basement would be really fun. Oh and please make the house pet friendly as well. Thank you for considering my request!
