Sebastion is open to being:
A letter writer (He's writing his letter in the next chapter! I don't think I'll have the letter in the story itself, but I'll post it here in a spoiler, and anyone who wants to have their Sim receive it can feel free to refer to it or copy/paste it in its entirety or sections in their stories.
A letter receiver (I'd love it if he were able to enter into regular correspondence with one or more of the other caregivers.)
A visitor--And a host! (Sebastion and Septemus will love to come visit you, and they'd love to have your Sims visit them!)
A resident--and the recipient of residents! (I'll load Sebastion and Sept up to the gallery, and you're welcome to upload them to your game, if you want to have them wandering around. I'm open to doing co-writing, if you'd like to have me write their portion of the dialogue, if they do show up in your game/story! And I will be open to downloading any #Collab4AAC Sims that are on the gallery. I will move them into NewCrest , and then just see what happens in-game. If any of your Sims do show up, then I'll contact you to see if you want to co-write chapters they appear in.)
