The Cosy Starter

Here's my very first build in Sims 4. I made this little house right after the game launched, exploring how the new build mode worked. It's a base game starter that should be affordable to any new sim. It's veeeery light on decoration and clutter due to a starter's simmie's budget running out so quickly! :D But all the basic requirements are there (stove, fridge, bath, bed, dining space, tv (yes, that's basic! ;) and computer). Also, there's plenty of room to add activity objects or decorations once your simmie starts making a little money; there shouldn't be too much hassle moving things around to make room to place those down. Here are some screenies:

The bedroom which also has a little computer corner:


The bathroom which has a bath tub and a shower:
