This is my interpretation of a 'nondescript, industrial building' for BNS Challenge 'Net Worth' for criminals who like to hide away and keep a low profile. They wanted a utilitarian space, like a warehouse to live and conduct business. This is a modern industrial style build with a secret room to stash all the goodies and cash and a separate low key room for conducting their business. Private garden with pool out the back with bbq patio :)
