Zephyr: "It causes too much pollution and clouds up the sky."
Gui: "If I sell it, I should be able to fund more renovations."
Zephyr: "That's exactly what I was thinking. However, the most important thing is renovating the Earth Elemental Rooms."
Juniper: "Personally, I'm hoping for a few more plants."

Dylan paused to think.

Juniper rolled his shoulders back and tilted his head: "I think the tropical plants are great additions to any home. I think we need a few more around the house."

Zephyr stopped and thought for a moment.

Zephyr: "It's going to be a birthday trip for Jade and Juniper. The whole family will be there, so we all need a pair of skis."

From what Gui could gather, Dylan's wife, Cecelia, left to Newcrest to raise their twin sons away from the sea. Dylan wanted to help make their living conditions better, so he gave Cecelia a large sum of money to renovate their home.
Cecelia: "I've really fallen in love with gardening, and it would be great if we had a small garden."
Gui: "That sounds easy enough."

Their home was off the grid, and it didn't have an unlimited supply of food. Cecelia was a former mermaid, and they wanted to stay off the radar to avoid a conflict with another Darkfin.

Wade: "Babba Babba. (Aren't dinosaurs awesome! I love the T. Rex.)"
