Summer Karma is a very nice pool room! @Liziann1 :) The layout and furnishing of the room is so very nice! The various areas of the room look great! There are lots of activities for sims to enjoy doing in the room! The chequered black and white marble flooring gives such a great look and feel to the room! The dance floor area is great! Sims will have fun dancing to the music from the stereo, and the light effects look very nice placed around the edges of the dance floor. Very nice dining area! The red colour of the tables and the white/black colour of the dining chairs look so nice together! Sims will enjoy sitting at the tables eating and drinking food and drink from the fountain and banquet table.Very nice bar area! The black and white balloons and streamers there give a very nice look to the area and looks great with the red colour of the bar counter. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar and a chat. The drinks display shelves are nice touches there and twisted sculpture looks great! The pool area is very nice! The corner edges of the pool look very nice how they are done there with the light effects, pool lights and sparkles. The hot tub deck looks nice how it goes into the pool. The water fountain window is nice for sims to see whilst relaxing in the tub.Very nice sofa and armchairs sitting areas in the room, for sims to enjoy resting there in the sunshine and outdoors air. Nice game cube nook for sims to have fun gaming. They will enjoy keeping fit using the fitness equipment. The trees look very nice in the room.
It is a very nice pool room! The layout of the areas of the room is great! The red, white and black colour scheme of the room looks so nice! :)
Girasole Cottage is a very nice home! :) It is very nice how it is named after the Italian word for sunflower. The exterior design of the home is very nice! Very nice roofing! The roof covered front porchway looks so nice! The rock texture of the walls looks nice and the sun decor is a nice touch on the front wall for sims to see when coming to enter the home. The flowers look pretty in the front garden areas. The open shutter windows are nice homely touches in the build. Very nice design of the kitchen. It is great that there are double sinks in the room. The kitchen cabinets look nice the way they are placed to create a sink alcove nook. The yellow flowers on the dining table are sunny for sims to enjoy seeing when eating their meals. Very nice master bedroom! The wall pattern is nice. The sunflowers picture on yhe bedhead wall is sunny for sims to see when waking in the mornings. Nice window armchair sitting area in the room for sims to enjoy sitting resting in the sunlight. Very nice outdoors dining patio! Sims will enjoy siting at the umbrella covered table, enjoying the nice outdoors setting of the fish water fountain feature,the plants and the pretty candles.
