I will repost here what i wrote about your builds on the challenge threads.
Percy Thrower's is a very nice club venue! :) Very nice design of the build! The texture of the exterior walls looks very nice. Very nice upper balcony patio! Sims will enjoy sitting at the umbrella covered tables there, looking out at the outdoors views and chatting. They will enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ and eating them at the tables in the outdoors air. Nice sofa seats sitting area for sims to rest after gardening. Very nice harvestable gardening area! It looks very nice how the gardening boxes are placed there. The club members will enjoy gardeming and harvesting the plants there or enjoy fishing in the pond.
The layout and furnishing of Zoey Starblossom room looks so very nice! :) Each of the areas of the room looks so nice! It looks very nice that there is a sofa seats fireplace sitting area in the central area of the room. Sims will enjoy sitting chatting there, watching tv near the fire. They will have fun playing games in the game cube. The pink and grey colour scheme of the room looks very nice. Very nice bedroom! The floral picture on the bedhead wall is pretty for Zoey to see when laying in bed. It is nice that there is a massage table in the room area. The beauty products are nice touches on the bedside tables. Nice study table in the bedroom area for her to enjoy using the computer. Very nice pink bar counter nook! Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools there having a drink from the bar. The different types of drinks display shelves items look nice together there. The pink kitchen cabinets look nice how they are placed on the kitchen nook wall. The red flowers on the dining table are pretty for sims to see when eating a meal It is nice that there is a sauna in the room.
Maybelle is a very pretty home! :) The flower box windows and the purple flowers along the front on the home looks very nice. Very nice roof covered front entrance area! The hanging basket is a nice touch on the front of the roof. Very nice open plan layout of the kitchen, dining and living room! The blue and patterned wall textures in the kitchen and living room looks very nice. It looks nice how the sofa separates off the living and kitchen areas. Sims will enjoy relaxing on the sofa watching tv. The curtained window there looks nice. The flowers are pretty for sims to see when sitting there. The guitar themed bed,the soccer lamp and the car on the bedside table are nice touches in the kids bedroom. Very pretty pink colour scheme of the master bedroom. The butterflies picture on the bedhead wall is nice for sims to see when waking up in the mornings. The spa items are nice on the bedside table.
