My next build was Flipping this amazing lot!
This home was built in the early 1960's. Finally abandoned by its past owners in the 80's, This home has been sitting ever since. Now the mayor of Simcity is looking for someone to take over, FREE! The Challenge?
You cannot put any more money into this lot. The mayor wants you to salvage what you can and make use of it in order to fund the restorations.
