The three builds are very nice! :)
The yellow colour of the exterior of Willow Community Center is nice and sunny. Sims will enjoy visiting the venue and doing the variety of activities there. The giraffes look cute either sides of the front door! It is great that there is an indoors pool, and they will also have lots of fun playing on the slippery slide outdoors in the back area of the build!
The renovated flipped home looks very nice! The exterior wall texture looks great. The wind chimes are a nice welcoming touch near the front door,and it is nice that the bird feeder is in the home for sims to see birds coming to their lot. Very nice backyard area! Sims will enjoy swimming in the pool, and enjoy looking at the pretty spinning flowers whilst in the water. They will enjoy relaxing in the hot spa.
The roofing on the Green House home is very nice! Very nice roof covered front porch. Sims will enjoy sitting on the sofa on the front porch watching sims pass by their home. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home. The pink colour scheme of the master bedroom looks pretty. Very nice light filled dining area! Sims will enjoy eating their meals at the dining table with sunshine coming in onto them. They will have great views of the outdoors whilst dining there.
