I just had another idea about the dreams. Actually the dreams could be according to the emotion which the sim had before sleeping. In other words, they are called emotional dreams.
For example :
Positive emotions :
Happiness leads to a cheerful dream, as if the sim is living a dream life.
Flirtiness leads to a romantic dream where you can meet your crush here.
Energized emotion leads to an adventurous dream that a sim will be hiking, having a race etc.
Inspired emotion leads to an artsy and fantasy dream where sims can get inspired to paint something new, getting new recipes etc.
Playfulness leads to a funny dream where hilarious things will be happening.
Fine emotion only leads to a casual dream where sims appear randomly in the dream version of an actual place occurring in the game.
Negative emotions :
Tension leads to a nightmare of which a sim gets chased by unknown creature, etc.
Embarrassment leads to an embarrassed dream where sim does something embarrassing in front of many people, getting laughed, made fun of etc.
Sadness leads to a sorrow dream where bad things happen and the sim cries for it.
Angriness leads to a mad dream where sims can fight with someone or destroy things to relieve their anger.
