You mean the windows are missing? Under the "Window" section at the top, you should be able to find several options.
Either the "docks" (windows) are hidden, so hit tab or click the option to reverse it, or they have been closed, so go to "Recently closed docks" and click on them to reactivate them.
To make everything a single window so it's less buggy and they stop disappearing, click the option "Single-Window Mode". ^_^
