@PeaceSign101 It's not like making custom content, unless you count the custom drawing part, but most creators don't even create their textures though, they take them from Google instead, as it's easier and less time consuming. And I can't tell if you understood or not, but @Eliavah draws her hairs by hand, they aren't custom content. xD She could probably make her hairs into brushes or stock images for other people to use, but they aren't custom content. I can provide some examples of other hair drawing if you want me too. xD
