Empty Home Fix(once sims move out)

I really don't know how to explain this idea that's in my head... Here goes! The sims 4 would benefit from prefab rooms and prefab decorations saved per room and or per home. A home should have 3 interior layout saved in a prefab interior layout tab. So I can decorate a home then save that decoration as interior prefab #1. Then click interior prefab #2 and interior is a empty shell, then I decorate and save prefab #2 and so on. Honestly 3 would be more than enough and when NPC sims move into a home they will randomly apply 1,2,3 prefab layouts saved.

This way you go to visit you neighbors or friends after first generation of sims have died you're not inside a empty house nor your friends, family, neighbors, strangers etc. are living in empty houses. When looking at home on gallery there should also be a icon showing 0,1,2,3 # somewhere for prefab saves for interior. As I said above could be 3 for entire house including yard etc. just the home and lot its self, then 3 also for each room. All these again could be random when NPC sims move in and at anytime a player can chose a different layout. You go into buy move click lot tab, pick one of the prefabs at the cost of it all of course. Also or to click on each room and click on of the prefabs and again at cost of everything new with the room.

This would add to immersion of the actual gameplay. I am nearing 3rd generation and nearly every home in my world's interior is now empty from previous sims taking furniture with them I suppose when they moved out. I know you can save and upload rooms but that does little for the issue at home. I think should be be a great content patch to the game to further increase the immersion in the world. Also to ease off the micromanaging us gameplay players need to do to enjoy the game. I personally don't like building, I like playing.

Thanks in advance.

What I do is save a house I want to redecorate to the Library. then I download it in Newcrest, furnish it the way I want and save it to my Library. Now whenever I want that house to be the way I decorated it I download the one I saved over the original. It's fast, and I will do the same with other venues. Like adding a hot tub and tv to a bar then saving it. When I start a new save I download the bar I want on top of the original. I also will do that for University, I add all kinds of stuff to the dorm. Exercise, paint, music, double bed, showers you can WooHoo in and a thermostat.
