Hello :) It is great that you have started a showcase thread for your builds.
The Penthouse WIP is looking very nice! :) Very nice design of the exterior of the penthouse! It looks very nice how the windows are placed in the build. It looks a very nice light filled home for sims to enjoy great views of the city through the windows whilst indoors. It is nice that there are outdoors pool and basketball patio areas.
The exteriors of the two homes that you have posted look very nice :) Very nice furnishing of the interior of them both! The wall texture of the interior of build one, looks nice and calming. Very nice ground level open plan kitchen and living area. It looks nice the way that the sofa and armchairs are placed in a semi circle. Sims will enjoy sitting resting there, chatting and reading a book. Very nice corner study desk nook for sims to enjoy sitting at the desk table using the computer. The upper level dining and tv watching area looks great! Sims will enjoy eating meals at the dining table with sunshine coming in through the windows. It is nice that there is also a kitchen room on the upper level. The breakfast food picture is a nice touch on the wall. Very nice masterbedroom! The pictures and heart decor on the wall, add a very nice look to the room, and are nice for sims to see when laying in bed. The beauty products and toiletries on the bathroom sink counter are nice home touches.
Very nice layout of the interior of the second home. The roofing on the home looks very nice.
