Engagement Rings Option/ Jewelry Store Yes Or No

I was just thinking how cool it would be, if they let us pick out what ring to give when ask our sims to get married. Then it got me thinking how cool it would be to be able to - customize the ring...

I was thinking about making a shop to sell rings and wedding dresses just a few weeks ago. Can you sell accessories in the sims? Because I was planning on making an entire shop for rings and wedding dresses, just because I never really use shops for clothes as I don't see the point in spending simeleons on something I could change into free, but I wouldn't mind spending $$$ if it were for something like a wedding.
