Typically in my mansion builds I like to include: Ball room, servants quarters/servant kitchen, storeroom, chapel, gallery for paintings/sculptures/collectables (sometimes I combine with dining room), long gallery, great hall, walled garden/kitchen garden, library, music room, smoking room, and a palm house. Hope that helps xd
