Finnigens is a very nice home! :) The exterior design, brickwork texture and dormers look very nice! The open shutter windows are nice touches in the build. The raised flower beds on the front and sides edges looks very pretty. The flower wheelbarrow and pink flamingo are nice touches in the front area of the build. Very nice outdoors dining gazebo! Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ and eating them at the table looking out at the views. The spandrels look very nice. Sims will enjoy swimming in the pool. The cherry blossom trees look very pretty. The pathway from the back porch to the gazebo is very nice! Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! It is nice that there is a piano in the foyer for sims to hear music as they enter the home. The foyer wall panelling is nice and the pictures are nice touches on the walls. Very nice design of the kitchen and dining area! The curtained windows look nice. The grey brick texture of the kitchen wall gives a great look to the area. The floor rugs are nice touches in the room. The wall cutlery, wall plates decor and teapots cabinet are great kitchen touches there. Very nice living room. The sofas look great placed in a u shape, with lamps on the side tables. It is nice for sims to rest there and watch tv or read a book. Nice study desk table area for sims to enjoy sitting there at the table using the computer. They will have fun playing chess in the room. The curtains look very nice on the windows. Very nice first double bedroom. The shoes rack is homely, The pink floor rug and lamp are pretty! Nice armchair sitting and resting area in the room. The floor tiling in the bathroom looks nice. It looks creative how you have the wall decor with the perfect patio item placed over the other wall decor! The sunflowers on the sink look sunny and nice. It is nice that there is a gym room for sims to use the equipment to keep fit. The furnishing and layout of the other double bedrooms look very nice as well! The brown and the blue colour schemes give a very nice look to the rooms. The wall pattern in the brown bedroom looks very nice. Very nice armchair sitting areas , and study desk nooks.
