Here comes a monstrosity. At least that's what I concluded after finally getting done with it and play testing it.
VanDurhaven Estate is a huge extravagant project. It not only includes a pool with a statue with fountains in the middle, gazebo and flower garden for late evening reflections, but a party room on the top floor next to the gym. The party room has a dance floor and a DJ booth for big parties.
I have also designed a few area rugs for this house, which I haven't done since TS3 and any of you who know me well know that I have a little bit of a flair for that. I'm limited here as there is not many carpet flooring but hopefully that will grow.
I hope you'll like it and at least give me some favs. I realize it might be too big for some of you simmers but it's a novelty house.
