Chastain House is a very nice home! :) Very nice exterior design of the home! The layout of the build looks great! The exterior wall texture looks nice, and the tower-shape areas look great! Very nice roofing! The dormers are nice.The type and placement of the windows looks very nice. Very nice roof covered front entrance area. The flowers, rocks and bird bath features in the front garden, and the raised flowers and plants beds on the edges of the front pathway look very pretty! The water fountain is a nice touch there, and the flooring looks great! Very nice outdoors dining , pool, and hot tub patio. Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ and eating the food at the umbrella covered tables in the outdoors air. The flowers are pretty on the edge of the patio. The plants are nice touches either sides of the back door. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The floor rugs give a great look to the foyer area and in each of the rooms! Very nice living room sitting and bar areas ! Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the lavender sofas there, having a chat and watching tv in front of the fire. The bar area look great! It looks very effective how the perfect patio wall decor items and drinks shelves have been placed there! Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar. Very nice windows dining area! The type of dining seats used looks very nice. Sims will enjoy the sunshine coming in through the windows whilst eating food. The flowers on the table and the wall pictures are nice for sims to look at when dining. Very nice design of the kitchen! The blue and white colour scheme looks nice. The island sink counter is great. It is great that the chefs station is in the room. Very nice music room! The yellow and teal colour scheme gives a great look to the area. Sims will enjoy playing or resting on the sofa listening to the piano music there. Very nice study room! Sims will enjoy the sunshine coming in onto through the windows whilst they are sitting at the desk table using the computer as well as enjoying sitting on the sofas reading a book from the bookcases . The curtains in the room look nice. Sims will have fun playing foosball and darts at their home. Very nice furnishing and layout of the bedrooms! The floor patterning looks so very nice! The items on the bedhead wall areas look great! Nice sitting areas in the bedrooms . The butterflies look pretty on the wall in the kids room! The floral wall,pattern looks nice and the heart teddy is cute! The sunflowers wall picture in the bathroom looks sunny and nice . It is great that there is a gym in the home. The evening outdoors photos of the home look very pretty!
