Introducing Brayerwood Place
Introducing Brayerwood Place. This small 30X30 lot will surprise you by how much is included in this house. First, there is a wrap-around porch and that porch includes a pool, U-shaped seating area, grill with a table and a small bar.
Indoors there's a quaint kitchen, comfortable living room, three bedrooms and a gym. This one should be popular for those looking for a small sized family home. I would also like to give credit to @Manssom whose origin ID is PurpleKachina, for the idea for the deck pool.
